Cream Cheese Spread with Fruit Preserves

Ingredients

1	White Chocolate Amaretto Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
8 oz	cream cheese
4 Tbs	butter
1/4 cup	your favorite fruit preserves

1. Allow cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature. In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, and cheeseball mix.

2. Spoon mixture into plastic wrap and refrigerate until solid. Roll the chilled ball in topping packet.

3. Gently press an indention in the top of the cheeseball, making a bowl. Fill the "bowl" with your favorite preserves.

4. Serve at brunch with bagels for a spectacular presentation, or add to the holiday dessert table with fruit for a lighter offering.
