Campfire S'mores Icebox Cheesecake

Ingredients

1	Campfire S'mores No-Bake Cheesecake Mix
8oz	cream cheese
16oz	heavy whipping cream
6	graham cracker sheets
2 cups	mini marshmallows
1/8 cup	chocolate sauce

Directions

1. Combine Cheesecake Mix with cream cheese and slowly incorporate heavy whipping cream. 

2. Mix on high for 4 minutes. Divide mixture into approximately three equal parts.

3. Assemble the layers: Spoon 1/3 of the cheesecake mixture into the bottom of a 9x9 pan. Top mixture with three sheets of graham crackers. Repeat this process one more time, then top with the remaining cheesecake mixture.

4. Add marshmallows for the final layer. 

5. Drizzle with chocolate sauce and serve!

Tip: For even more s'mores flavor use a brulee torch to toast the marshmallows prior to drizzling with chocolate.
