Candy Cane Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

1 Caramelized Onion Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix
8 oz softened cream cheese
4 Tbs softened butter
1 pkg small pepperonis

Directions

Combine cheeseball mix with cream cheese and butter; stir until well combined. Spoon mixture onto a sheet of plastic wrap and form it into a log shape. Place in refrigerator until somewhat firm, but not hard.

Remove cheeseball log from refrigerator. Roll the log making it perfectly round and the sides are smooth. Slice off approximately 1/2" slices.

To build the candy cane start at the top end of the candy cane and alternate layering a slice of cheeseball with a slice of pepperoni until you get a big candy cane shape. Serve with crackers or small toasts. Enjoy!
