Charcuterie Cups
Ingredients
1 | Jalapeno Jack Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix |
8 oz | cream cheese, softened |
8 oz | nuts |
1 box | crackers |
1 can | olives |
1 pkg | pepperoni slices |
1 box | cheese straws |
1 pkg | salami |
1 bundle | fresh rosemary |
Directions
Combine cheeseball mix with cream cheese; mix until smooth. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls and roll in topping packet (included). Set aside.
Place nuts in the bottom of each cup, filling about 1/4 of the cup. Next, place 2 crackers in the cup on top of the nuts. Skewer an olive or two and folded pepperoni slices, add these to the cup. Then skewer 2 cheeseballs and add to cup.
Continue by adding a cheese straw, salami rose, and rosemary sprig. Makes approximately 8-10 cups depending on cup size and ingredients used.
