Lemon Cheesecake Parfait Fruit Cups

Ingredients

1 Lemon Cheesecake Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz whipped topping
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1 cup fresh fruit

Directions

  1. Prepare cheeseball mix with cream cheese as directed on package. Gently fold thawed whipped topping into the mixture until combined.
  2. Using a piping bag or spoon, place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of a small dessert cup or shot glass. 
  3. Top the mixture with a layer of graham crackers. Repeat with the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with topping packet. 
  4. Finish the parfait with fresh fruit. Enjoy!
