Lemon Cheesecake Parfait Fruit Cups
Ingredients
1 | Lemon Cheesecake Cheeseball & Dessert Mix |
8 oz | cream cheese |
8 oz | whipped topping |
1 cup | crushed graham crackers |
1 cup | fresh fruit |
Directions
- Prepare cheeseball mix with cream cheese as directed on package. Gently fold thawed whipped topping into the mixture until combined.
- Using a piping bag or spoon, place about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into the bottom of a small dessert cup or shot glass.
- Top the mixture with a layer of graham crackers. Repeat with the cream cheese mixture and sprinkle with topping packet.
- Finish the parfait with fresh fruit. Enjoy!
