Cheesy Bacon Potato Casserole
Ingredients
1 | Cheesy Bacon Dip Mix |
1 cup | sour cream |
1 cup | heavy cream |
1 cup | shredded chedder |
15 oz | diced frozen hash brown potatoes |
1 cup | corn flakes, crushed |
1 Tbs | butter, melted |
Directions
1. Combine Dip Mix, sour cream, heavy cream and cheese in a large bowl.
2. Stir in hash brown potatoes. Pour and evenly spread into a greased 8x8 baking dish.
3. In a medium bowl, melt butter and stir in crushed cornflakes. Evenly top casserole with buttered corn flakes.
4. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes. Serve warm!
