Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients
1 | Jalapeno Popper Hot Dip Mix |
8 oz | cream cheese |
10 | jalapeños, seeded and halved |
Directions
- Combine mix with cream cheese.
- Fill each jalapeño half with about a tablespoon of cream cheese mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Optional: top with bread crumbs before baking and sprinkle with cheese during last few minutes of baking time.
Tip: Add 1 lb cooked ground sausage to the cream cheese mixture before filling peppers for a meatier popper!
