Lemon Cheesecake Coconut Balls
Ingredients
1 | Lemon Cheesecake Cheeseball & Dessert Mix |
8 oz | cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup | butter, softened |
1/2 cup | unsweetened coconut flakes |
Directions
Combine cream cheese and butter until smooth. Stir in Cheeseball Mix and coconut flakes; mix until well combined. Form into small balls, approximately 1" in diameter. Roll in Graham Crunch Topping Packet (included with Mix). Chill until ready to serve.
Tip: Take these over the top with a quick lemon glaze! Mix 1 Tbs lemon zest with 2 Tbs milk and 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Drizzle glaze over balls.
