Princess Pancakes
Ingredients
| 1 | Strawberry Shortcake Cheeseball & Dessert Mix |
| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| 4 Tbs | butter, softened |
| 1 dozen | mini pancakes |
| 1 pint | fresh strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries |
| 1 | can whipped cream |
Directions
Combine Strawberry Shortcake Mix with cream cheese and butter. Place one small pancake or waffle on serving plate, spread with mixture. Add another pancake and repeat. Create 3 or more layers per serving. Drizzle with syrup and garnish with fresh berries and whipped cream. Sprinkle with topping mix.
