Quick Harvest Cheesecake
Ingredients
| 1 | Any Harvest Cheeseball Mix |
| 8 oz | cream cheese |
| 4 Tbs | softened butter (optional) |
| 8 oz | whipped topping |
| 1 | graham cracker pie crust |
Directions
Combine the Cheeseball Mix (Topping used later) with cream cheese and butter. Fold in the whipped topping and spoon into pie crust. Sprinkle with Topping packet for garnish. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Tip: Make this dessert extra special by topping it with Wind & Willow Cinnamon Sugar Pecans as shown.
