Cheesecake Trifle
Ingredients
1 | W&W Sweet Cheeseball Mix |
3 Tbs | water |
8 oz | cream cheese |
4 cups | pound cake, cubed |
1 pint | fresh raspberries |
Directions
Combine Mix with water and cream cheese; beat until smooth and airy.
In the bottom of a glass bowl or trifle dish, start with a layer of pound cake, spread half of the Cheesecake mixture over the pound cake followed by a layer of raspberries.
Then add another layer of pound cake and top with a final layer of Cheesecake mixture. Decorate the top with fresh raspberries and whipped cream.
