Crispy Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients
1 | Back at the Ranch Dip Mix |
1/4 cup | olive oil |
1.5 lb bag | new potatoes, cut into halves |
Directions
In a large mixing bowl combine Dip Mix with olive oil, stir until well combined.
Toss potatoes in mixture making sure all potatoes are coated. Pour into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm. For even more flavor serve with a side of prepared Wind & Willow Dip for dipping!
