Bacon & Cheddar Cream Cheese Stuffed Peppers
Ingredients
1 | Smokehouse Bacon & Cheddar Cheeseball & Appetizer Mix |
10-12 | mini orange sweet peppers |
8 oz | cream cheese, softened |
4 Tbs | butter, softened (optional) |
1 | fresh parsley |
Directions
1. Combine Cheeseball Mix with cream cheese and butter; mix until smooth, set aside.
2. Cut stems off peppers and cut them in half. Remove any seeds.
3. Spread mixture onto pepper halves.
4. Sprinkle with bread crumb topping (included with Mix).
5. Push a sprig of parsley into the end of each "carrot" and chill until ready to serve!
