Triple Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 | Triple Berry Twist Cheeseball & Dessert Mix |
12 oz | plain yogurt |
1 cup | crushed ice |
1 cup | berries, fresh or frozen (strawberries, raspberries and blueberries) |
1/2 cup | skim milk |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender, mix until smooth. Garnish with light whipped topping and sprinkle with Berry Topping. Serve immediately.
Tips:
-For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add other favorite ingredients like 1/4 cup oats or protein powder.
-Get crazy! Feel free to modify this recipe! Substitue different kinds of fruit, soy or almond milk, and add nutritional supplement powders, wheat bran, oats . . . or whatever yummy and nutritious foods your heart desires!
