Turtle Cheesecake Cookie Cups

Ingredients

1	Turtle Cheesecake Cheeseball & Dessert Mix
8 oz	Cream cheese
1 dozen	Prepared cookie cups

Directions

For homemade cookie cups:

• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
• Roll 2 tablespoons of cookie dough into a ball and place in mini muffin tin
• Bake for 14 minutes or according to cookie dough instructions.
• Let cool slightly, then gently press the center of each cookie with the back of a spoon to form a cup.
• Let cool completely before filling.

To assemble:

1. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
2. Add Turtle Cheesecake Mix to cream cheese, mixing until combined.
3. Spoon cream cheese mixture into prepared cookie cups.
4. Top with pecans.
5. Drizzle with caramel sauce, if desired.
6. Refrigerate until set.
